My First Time At The Los Angeles Arboretum 

On Friday May 27, 2016, I started the Memorial Day weekend off right!  After 16, almost 17 years of living in Los Angeles, I finally went to the Los Angeles Arboretum and Botanical Garden.  It was a beautiful day and I saw  such beautiful things.  It was the second time I used my Nikon D3100 camera and I got some really great shots.

I made a slideshow out of the pictures that I took and I’m embedding the video here if you’d like to see it.  I highly recommend paying this place a visit soon.  Here’s a picture of me taking a selfie on my phone while taking a break and sitting under a tree.  I was listening to The Cure and proudly wearing the shirt I got at the concert earlier that week at the Hollywood Bowl.  :  )
